At the end of the 1960s, photographic inserts began appearing in graphic prints and graphic design images alongside established visual elements. The use of partial or entire photographs soon became a popular expressive procedure, which we can trace throughout the 1970s and beyond. Comprising an exhibition and monograph, the project Photo/Print attempts to highlight this phenomenon of photographic images and photographic thinking in printmaking and graphic design. The exhibition is curated by Gregor Dražil and Lucija Šutej.

Ob koncu šestdesetih let minulega stoletja so se v grafičnih in grafičnooblikovalskih podobah ob ustaljenih likovnih elementih začeli pojavljati inserti fotografskega značaja. Uporaba koščkov ali celotnih fotografij je kmalu postala priljubljen izrazni prijem, ki mu lahko sledimo celotna sedemdeseta leta in dalje. Projekt Foto/grafika, ki ga sestavljata razstava in monografija, skuša osvetliti pojav fotografske podobe in fotografskega razmišljanja v grafiki in grafičnem oblikovanju.
Kustosa razstave sta Gregor Dražil in Lucija Šutej.
